There’s a conversation every Black parent knows to have with their child: how to stay safe and navigate when racism arises. What’s the conversation every white person should be having—with themselves, their children, and others? We all want to live in a just, fair, and peaceful world. And getting there feels overwhelming—a societal and global problem that’s too big to handle. Yet, we must all be part of the solution: It begins with each of us and one conversation at a time.

“Christ Moves Now” is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being - mind, body, and spirit with God: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This is experiential program developed to deepen participant’s connection to God and Jesus Christ. Doing “Christ Moves Now” is one way to tap into the Holy Spirit and healing powers within us from God.  It is also one way to demonstrate our gratitude for our life by using the blessings God gave us and is a path to being good stewards of the Temple of the Holy Spirit - our minds and bodies.

Serving our Military

Having served our country, Stephen continues the spirit of service by working with men and women of our military to experience the restoration and healing that comes from restorative yoga. Through these techniques of hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and iRest Yoga Nidra guided meditations these Veterans and their families are able to peacefully combat the impact of PTSD, CRS, MST, and other holistic health challenges.
