Date: July 8-10, 2022
Immerse yourself in this 1- to 3-day experience in nature away from the distractions and demands of daily life. The retreat is being held a short 30-minute drive from Charlottesville, VA!
The Nomder Yoga Summer Leaders Retreat goal is to engage young adults in mindfulness and yoga practices that facilitate inner mastery and individual/community wellness. The best part is that no experience with yoga or mindfulness is required. We will meet you where you are. Take this opportunity to unwind and create room for reflection in a safe-space group setting. Renew a fresh sense of purpose, energy, and vision to pursue life goals and careers of influence.
Vision & Mission
The Nomder Yoga Summer Leaders Retreat was born from the desire to create a space to connect young leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We will discuss the implications and challenges to wellness in our circles of influence and community. Our intention is for participants to leave the retreat freshly connected to their life path as a leader, and open to where their inner guidance can lead them.
