Jabari Redmon, M.D.
Associate
Hi my name is Jabari! I am a resident physician training in the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps.
My academic interests include yoga and mindfulness, and I choose to make health a daily practice to benefit the mind and body. I have led health session for many different ages and abilities, however I focus my education initiatives to young professionals and service members.
In medical school, I led a study where medical students found benefit from a 2-week mindfulness and yoga elective that was feasible for their busy schedule. I also assisted each week with virtual, faith-focused health and wellness, “Christ Moves Now” by Nomder Yoga.
I periodically create yoga content to which all have access. I am also exploring long-term projects in yoga practice and education. Looking forward to connecting!
