Jabari is based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
He is a yoga and mindfulness coach who tailors classes to meet the needs of each population he serves.
He teaches Vinyasa and Power yoga with an emphasis on pranayama (breathe) and drishti (focus/concentrated gaze).
With a keen knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, and physiology, Jabari educates students on the beauty and power within the mind and body by creating a fun, safe and rewarding environment for all.
He uses R&B, Hip Hop, and other contemporary music to bring a specific flavor to his classes and to enhance asanas (poses).
Jabari is currently collaborating to bring his own sound to yoga classes.
